Tortilla ChipsIngredients
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen crispy battered fish fillets
- 1 (9-oz) pkg frozen honey-roasted sweet corn
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long-grain rice
- 2 (10.3-oz) pkg Southwest salad kits
- 2 avocados, sliced
Instructions
- Cook fish, corn, and rice according to package directions; break fish into large chunks.
- Meanwhile, divide salad mix among 6 shallow bowls.
- Top with desired amount of rice, corn, fish, and avocado. Sprinkle with salad kit toppings, and drizzle with dressing (from kit).

- 1 (10-oz) bag tortilla chips
