Nut Butter-Granola Apple Rings
Ingredients
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (or use almond butter)
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 apples, cored and cut crosswise into rings
- ½ cup low-fat granola
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon.
- Place apples on a flat surface; spread peanut butter mixture on top of each ring.
- Sprinkle granola over peanut butter, and press gently to adhere.
