Nut Butter-Granola Apple Rings

Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or use almond butter)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 apples, cored and cut crosswise into rings
  • ½ cup low-fat granola

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon.
  2. Place apples on a flat surface; spread peanut butter mixture on top of each ring.
  3. Sprinkle granola over peanut butter, and press gently to adhere.
