Skillet Sausage Casserole
Romaine with Ranch
Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower
- ½ lb ground pork breakfast sausage
- ½ (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ (10-oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 6 Tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Cook cauliflower according to package directions; chop.
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir cream cheese into sausage until well blended. Add cauliflower and tomatoes. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated; sprinkle with cheese and, if desired, onions.

- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss lettuce with dressing in a bowl.
