Ham, Broccoli, and Spinach Pasta Bake
Sliced MelonIngredients
- 6 oz ziti pasta
- 1 crown broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 (8-oz) pkg diced ham, drained
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ (10-oz) pkg spinach
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during last minute of cooking; drain and spoon into a large bowl.
- Add ham, soup, sour cream, ½ cup cheese, spinach, and mustard; stirring until blended. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7-inch baking dish; sprinkle with ½ cup cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
