Easy Chicken Burritos
Taco RiceIngredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (16-oz) container fresh salsa
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mix. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until chicken is browned and done.
- Divide chicken among tortillas; top with cheese. Fold edges of tortillas in, and roll up. Top burritos with lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.

- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions, adding seasoning mix to water before cooking.
