Ground Beef Gyros with Ranch

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
  • 2 tsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 6 pitettes
  • 6 leaves green leaf lettuce, torn
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped (optional)
  • ¾ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, Greek seasoning, and oregano; season lightly with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  2. Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Cut patties into thin slices; stuff into pitettes.
  3. Add lettuce to pitettes along with tomato, if desired; drizzle with Ranch dressing.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (7.2-oz) pkg pretzel crisps (or use sea salt pita thins)
  • 1 (10-oz) container hummus

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve crisps and hummus on each plate.
