Ground Beef Gyros with Ranch
Pretzel Crisps and Hummus
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- 2 tsp Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 6 pitettes
- 6 leaves green leaf lettuce, torn
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped (optional)
- ¾ cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Combine beef, Greek seasoning, and oregano; season lightly with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
- Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Cut patties into thin slices; stuff into pitettes.
- Add lettuce to pitettes along with tomato, if desired; drizzle with Ranch dressing.

- 1 (7.2-oz) pkg pretzel crisps (or use sea salt pita thins)
- 1 (10-oz) container hummus
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve crisps and hummus on each plate.
