Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive tapenade hummus
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ tsp red wine vinegar
- 4 oz multigrain loaf bread, cut into 4 slices and toasted
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
