  • ¼ cup olive tapenade hummus
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ tsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 oz multigrain loaf bread, cut into 4 slices and toasted
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved

Instructions

  1. Combine hummus, oil, and vinegar in a bowl; spread over bread slices; top with remaining ingredients.
