15-Minute Lemon-Pepper Flank Steak

Spinach, Celery, and Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 lb flank steak, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Combine oil, lemon juice, seasoning, and garlic salt in a small bowl. Rub over steak on a lightly greased broiler pan.
  2. Broil 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain, or cube, if desired. Serve over Spinach, Celery, and Apple Salad recipe.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • 6 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 red apples, thinly sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together orange juice, oil, and honey in a large bowl. Add spinach, celery, and apples; toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
