Easy General Tso's Chicken

Rice and Sesame Ginger Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ (25-oz) pkg crispy popcorn chicken
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • ½ (12.6-oz) bottle General Tso's sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Fry or bake chicken according to package directions; place in a large bowl.
  2. Steam broccoli in microwave according to package directions; add to chicken in bowl. Add General Tso's sauce; toss. Serve over rice; sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pouch microwavable long-grain white rice
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots
  • ¼ cup ginger salad dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Toss together lettuce, carrots, and dressing just before serving.
