Jack 'O Lantern Burgers
Skinny Fries and Green Grape EyeballsIngredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- ½ Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large square slices American cheese or Cheddar cheese
- 2 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Gently mix beef, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and salt in a bowl. Shape into 2 or 3 patties.
- Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Arrange burgers on a small foil-lined pan. Cut out Jack 'O Lantern face on each slice of cheese using a paring knife. Place cheese on each burger. Bake 1 minute or just until cheese starts to melt but holds shape.
- Squirt additional ketchup on bottom buns. Serve cheeseburgers on buns.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (26-oz) pkg frozen thin cut French fries
- Ketchup
- ¼ lb seedless green grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake desired amount of fries according to package directions. Drizzle with ketchup on each plate.
- Meanwhile, separate grapes from stems. Wash grapes, and serve on each plate.
