Jack 'O Lantern Burgers

Skinny Fries and Green Grape Eyeballs

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • ½ Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large square slices American cheese or Cheddar cheese
  • 2 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Gently mix beef, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and salt in a bowl. Shape into 2 or 3 patties.
  2. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  3. Preheat oven to 475°F. Arrange burgers on a small foil-lined pan. Cut out Jack 'O Lantern face on each slice of cheese using a paring knife. Place cheese on each burger. Bake 1 minute or just until cheese starts to melt but holds shape.
  4. Squirt additional ketchup on bottom buns. Serve cheeseburgers on buns.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (26-oz) pkg frozen thin cut French fries
  • Ketchup
  • ¼ lb seedless green grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake desired amount of fries according to package directions. Drizzle with ketchup on each plate.
  2. Meanwhile, separate grapes from stems. Wash grapes, and serve on each plate.
