Indian Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag brown rice
  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup butter chicken sauce
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Add sauce and spinach; cook 3 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and spinach is wilted.
  3. Serve chicken mixture over rice.
