Indian Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag brown rice
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup butter chicken sauce
- 2 cups spinach
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Add sauce and spinach; cook 3 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and spinach is wilted.
- Serve chicken mixture over rice.
