Ingredients
- ½ cup honey
- 3 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Stir together honey, mustard, and horseradish in a bowl. Divide mixture into 2 bowls.
- Meanwhile, preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken on greased grill grate 5 to 6 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with one bowl of honey mixture, until chicken is done.
- Serve chicken with remaining honey mixture.
