Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Stir together honey, mustard, and horseradish in a bowl. Divide mixture into 2 bowls.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; lightly season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken on greased grill grate 5 to 6 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with one bowl of honey mixture, until chicken is done.
  4. Serve chicken with remaining honey mixture.
