Strawberry Santa Hats
Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut off stem from each strawberry, making a flat base.
- Process coconut in a food processor until it resembles fine flakes. Microwave white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions until melted.
- Dip large ends of strawberries about ½ inch into melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off. Dip berries in coconut. Place, flat sides down, on prepared baking sheet.
- Dip one end of each marshmallow in chocolate, and adhere to tops of strawberries.
- Chill berries 10 to 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
