Strawberry Santa Hats

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut off stem from each strawberry, making a flat base.
  2. Process coconut in a food processor until it resembles fine flakes. Microwave white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions until melted.
  3. Dip large ends of strawberries about ½ inch into melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off. Dip berries in coconut. Place, flat sides down, on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Dip one end of each marshmallow in chocolate, and adhere to tops of strawberries.
  5. Chill berries 10 to 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
