Caesar Shrimp Salad
Dark Chocolate Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 lb peeled, medium-size raw shrimp
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 cups sliced romaine lettuce
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- ½ cup freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Sauté shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in a bowl; add dressing, and toss. Top with shrimp.
