Ingredients

  • 2 lb peeled, medium-size raw shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 8 cups sliced romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Sauté shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in a bowl; add dressing, and toss. Top with shrimp.
