Easy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Whole-Grain Brown Rice and Pears
Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz) pkg seasoned herb stuffing mix
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
- Stir together chicken, soup, and broccoli in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing mix and cheese.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 pouches boil-in-bag whole-grain brown rice
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 pears
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions; drain. Toss with butter in a serving dish.
- Peel and cut up pears just before serving.
