Sweet and Sour Chicken
Brown RiceIngredients
- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen popcorn chicken
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- 1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple
- ½ cup honey
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
- Fry or bake popcorn chicken according to package directions. Steam broccoli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine crushed pineapple and remaining ingredients in a large skillet; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add chicken and broccoli; toss. Serve over rice.

- 2 pouches boil-in-bag whole-grain brown rice

- Cook rice according to package directions; drain and serve with chicken.
