Ham and Broccoli Ranch Noodles
Pineapple-Orange SaladIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg egg noodles
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 (16-oz) pkg diced ham
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add ham and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until ham is lightly browned. Stir in sour cream and dressing. Cook just until thoroughly heated. Add to pasta; toss.
- Steam broccoli in microwave according to package directions. Add to pasta mixture; toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (20-oz) can pineapple chunks in 100% juice, drained
- 1 (15-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
- ½ cup sour cream (or use vanilla Greek yogurt)
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine pineapple, oranges, coconut, and sour cream; stir until well blended. Chill until ready to serve.
