Creamy Corkscrew Pasta with Ham
Strawberry Applesauce Cups
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg corkscrew pasta
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (16-oz) pkg diced ham
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain.
- Heat Alfredo sauce and cream in pasta pot over medium heat; stir in hot cooked pasta with peas, ham, red pepper, and salt. Cook 1 minute. Stir in cheese, and remove from heat.

- 6 (4-oz) strawberry applesauce cups, chilled

- Serve applesauce cups with pasta.
