White Veggie Pizzas
Mixed Greens Salad with Pears and WalnutsIngredients
- 2 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crusts
- 6 Tbsp Alfredo sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper (or use yellow bell pepper), sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place crusts on 2 large baking sheets.
- Spread sauce on crusts; top with mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and cheese melts; sprinkle with basil before serving.

- 2 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- 3 pears, cored and sliced
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ⅓ cup vegetarian balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine greens, pears, and nuts in a bowl; drizzle with vinaigrette, and toss.
