Pork and Pineapple Hawaiian Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp cornmeal
  • 2 (13.8-oz) cans refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1½ cups pizza sauce
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg shredded sauceless cooked pork
  • 1 (4.5-oz) pkg crumbled bacon
  • 1 (20-oz) can pineapple chunks, well drained
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle 2 greased baking sheets lightly with cornmeal.
  2. Unroll dough over cornmeal on each pan, and bake 5 minutes.
  3. Spread sauce over partially baked crusts. Top each with pork, bacon, and pineapple; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crusts are browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
