Greek-Style Steak with Tomato-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb top sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
  • 2 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Greek vinaigrette
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with Greek seasoning, and brush with oil.
  2. Cook steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 135°F. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside.
  3. Toss together arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, and vinaigrette. Divide salad among 6 plates; sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Thinly slice steak across the grain and serve alongside salad.
