Greek-Style Steak with Tomato-Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 1½ lb top sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
- 2 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Greek vinaigrette
- 1 (6-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with Greek seasoning, and brush with oil.
- Cook steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 135°F. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside.
- Toss together arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, and vinaigrette. Divide salad among 6 plates; sprinkle with cheese.
- Thinly slice steak across the grain and serve alongside salad.
