Pork Cacciatore

- 2 pork tenderloins (2 lb), trimmed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (14.5-oz) can petite-diced tomatoes
- 1 (24-oz) jar fire-roasted tomato pasta sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup white wine (or use chicken broth)
Instructions
- Cut pork into 1-inch pieces; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook pork, onion, and bell pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until pork is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Stir in tomatoes, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and wine; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Serve pork mixture over pasta.
