Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, bell peppers, and celery)
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ lb lean ground beef
  • 6 (0.7-oz) slices Gouda cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Microwave seasoning blend in a large bowl at HIGH 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in panko, garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, pepper, and eggs. Add beef, and gently mix together using your hands.
  2. Shape mixture into 6 small loaves. Place on a wire rack on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15 minutes; top with cheese, tearing slices as needed. Bake 5 minutes longer or until no longer pink in centers.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg sliced baby portobello mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 12 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender.
