Garlic Butter Pork Chops
Seared Green Beans with Pecans
Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz) thick cut, bone-in pork chops
- 1½ Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary (or use 1 tsp dried)
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Season pork lightly with salt and pepper.
- Stir together melted butter, garlic, and rosemary. Cook pork in hot oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Turn pork, and brush with half of butter mixture.
- Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Brush with remaining butter mixture, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- ½ lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Side Dish Instructions
- Sauté green beans, oil, salt, pepper, and nuts in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender and nuts are toasted.
