Fish "Tacos" with Spicy Mayonnaise
Tomato-Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ lb mahi mahi
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 4 large Napa cabbage leaves
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and chipotle pepper in a bowl; set aside until ready to serve.
- Combine cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic; rub all over fish.
- Cook fish in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Break fish into chunks with a fork. Spoon fish into cabbage leaves; drizzle with mayonnaise. Top with Tomato-Avocado Salsa recipe, if desired.
