Pesto Chicken and Tomato Pasta
Green Beans
Ingredients
- 12 oz whole wheat rotini pasta
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup pesto
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook tomatoes in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned and tender.
- Stir in chicken, pasta, and pesto; cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with red pepper, if desired.
