Middle Eastern Chicken Wraps
Seedless Grapes and Pita ChipsIngredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 Tbsp Za'atar seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Greek-style flatbreads
- ½ (10-oz) container roasted red pepper hummus
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Toss chicken with seasoning. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done.
- Warm flatbread according to package directions. Serve chicken in warm flatbread with hummus, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
