Mint-Cilantro Sauce
Ingredients
- ¾ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days.
