Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice Skillet
Garlic BreadsticksIngredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long-grain rice
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook rice and and broccoli according to package directions.
- Melt butter in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour, and cook 2 minutes. Add milk and broth; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in 1 cup cheese until melted. Stir in rice, and broccoli. Top with 1 cup cheese. Cover, and cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

- 1 (6-count) pkg frozen garlic breadsticks
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake breadsticks according to package directions.
