Ingredients

  • 1¼ lb chicken wings
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ Tbsp canola oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together chicken wings, oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  2. Brown chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done.

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp Caesar dressing
  • 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl; toss.
