Beef Lettuce Wraps with Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup no-sugar-added creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ Tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce (or use Sriracha)
- 6 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly; keep warm.
- Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and chili garlic sauce.
- Divide beef among lettuce leaves; drizzle with peanut sauce. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve with lime wedges.
