Steak Fajita Salad
Buttered Tortillas
Ingredients
- ¾ lb skirt steak, cut into large pieces
- 1 Tbsp Southwest seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp fresh salsa
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Rub steak with seasoning. Cook steak in ½ Tbsp hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness; set aside.
- Cook bell pepper and onion in ½ Tbsp hot oil in same skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender.
- Thinly slice steak across the grain.
- Combine Ranch dressing and salsa in a small bowl.
- Divide lettuce among 2 plates. Top with steak and vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese, and drizzle with dressing.

- 4 fajita-size flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve with softened butter.
