The Perfect Chili
Corn ChipsIngredients
- 3 lb ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 (28-oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15.5-oz) cans Ranch-style beans
- 2 cups beef broth
- 4 Tbsp chili powder
- 3 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef and onions in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to pot.
- Add tomato sauce, beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened.
- Serve half of chili with cheese in bowls. Reserve remaining half of chili for Chili-Topped Baked Potatoes recipe.

- 1 (9.25-oz) pkg corn chips
