Spinach-Mushroom Pizza
Barbecue Ranch Chopped Salad
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 (8-oz) jar pesto
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
- Meanwhile, unroll dough onto a lightly greased large baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until beginning to brown.
- Spread pesto over partially baked crust; top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
