Spinach-Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (8-oz) jar pesto
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
  2. Meanwhile, unroll dough onto a lightly greased large baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until beginning to brown.
  3. Spread pesto over partially baked crust; top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
