Easy Caesar Chicken
Butter and Garlic Rice and BroccoliIngredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (5-oz) pkg Caesar croutons, crushed
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut chicken in half lengthwise and pound to ½-inch-thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet.
- Stir together crushed croutons and cheese in a shallow bowl.
- Brush chicken with dressing and dredge in crouton mixture to coat. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake 20 minutes or until browned and done.

- 2 (8-oz) pouches microwavable butter and garlic rice
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice in microwave according to package directions.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; place in a serving bowl, and stir in butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
