Roasted Broccoli and Red Pepper Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (9-oz) pkg refrigerated fettuccine
- ½ (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Toss together broccoli, bell pepper, garlic, and oil on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Microwave sauce at HIGH 1 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Combine broccoli mixture, fettuccine, and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
