Sesame Beef and Vegetable Bowls
Ingredients
- 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag brown rice
- 1½ lb ground sirloin
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (8-oz) pkg snow peas
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup sesame sauce
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes. Add snow peas, carrots, and water chestnuts; cook 6 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Stir in sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve beef mixture over rice.
