Sesame Beef and Vegetable Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag brown rice
  • 1½ lb ground sirloin
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg snow peas
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup sesame sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes. Add snow peas, carrots, and water chestnuts; cook 6 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  3. Stir in sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve beef mixture over rice.
