Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ (12-oz) bottle Buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 hamburger buns, toasted

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a 4-or 5-quart slow cooker. Pour wing sauce over chicken. Sprinkle Ranch dressing mix over chicken.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until chicken is done; shred chicken with 2 forks, and stir into sauce. Stir in butter.
  3. Serve saucy chicken on toasted buns with Celery Slaw recipe, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients except chips in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve chips with sandwiches.
