Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Celery Slaw and Potato ChipsIngredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ (12-oz) bottle Buffalo wing sauce
- ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
- Place chicken in a 4-or 5-quart slow cooker. Pour wing sauce over chicken. Sprinkle Ranch dressing mix over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until chicken is done; shred chicken with 2 forks, and stir into sauce. Stir in butter.
- Serve saucy chicken on toasted buns with Celery Slaw recipe, if desired.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- ½ cup thinly sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ (8-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients except chips in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve chips with sandwiches.
