Garlic Butter Corn Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated four-cheese ravioli
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (15-oz) can unsalted corn, drained (about 2 cups)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, corn, and garlic; cook 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Add broth and cream; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Stir in basil.
