15-Minute Green Bean and Pesto Gemelli

Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- ½ cup pine nuts
- 3 (8.5-oz) pkg microwavable gemelli pasta (or use rotini)
- 1 (6-oz) jar pesto
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Microwave green beans according to package directions; slightly cool, and cut beans in half.
- Meanwhile, toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and fragrant, stirring occasionally. Microwave pasta according to package directions.
- Toss pasta, green beans, pesto, and cheese in a serving bowl. Serve sprinkled with nuts.
