Bacon Cheeseburger Tacos
Ranch-Dill Pickle Slaw and Potato ChipsIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (4.5-oz) pkg crumbled bacon
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 12 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in bacon and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm tortillas, if desired. Serve beef mixture in tortillas topped with cheese, tomatoes, and Ranch-Dill Pickle Slaw recipe, if desired.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- ½ cup dill pickle relish
- ⅓ cup Ranch dressing
- 1 (8.5-oz) pkg potato chips
Side Dish Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients except chips in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with potato chips.
