Bacon Cheeseburger Tacos

Ranch-Dill Pickle Slaw and Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (4.5-oz) pkg crumbled bacon
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 12 soft taco-size flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Stir in bacon and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Warm tortillas, if desired. Serve beef mixture in tortillas topped with cheese, tomatoes, and Ranch-Dill Pickle Slaw recipe, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ cup dill pickle relish
  • ⅓ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 (8.5-oz) pkg potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients except chips in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
  2. Serve with potato chips.
