Ingredients

  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 5 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry

Instructions

  1. Whisk together chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Lightly season shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shrimp just turn pink; remove from skillet.
  3. Cook stir-fry mix according to package directions in skillet. Add chili sauce mixture, and cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in shrimp; cook 1 minute.

  • 3 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable jasmine rice
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions; stir in green onions.
