Sweet Chili Shrimp Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
Instructions
- Whisk together chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl.
- Lightly season shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shrimp just turn pink; remove from skillet.
- Cook stir-fry mix according to package directions in skillet. Add chili sauce mixture, and cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in shrimp; cook 1 minute.

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
