Easy Barbecue Pork Sandwiches
Tangy Coleslaw and Baked BeansIngredients
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 3 lb boneless Boston butt pork roast
- 1½ cups cola soft drink
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 (8-count) pkg hamburger buns
Instructions
- Place onions in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker; top with roast, cola, and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until pork roast is tender.
- Shred pork with 2 forks. Serve pork on buns with additional barbecue sauce.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw

Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a large bowl. Add slaw; toss. Chill until ready to serve.
