Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs
Garlic Breadsticks and Baby Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 (24-oz) jars marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 12 oz spaghetti, broken in half
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen meatballs (see Note)
- 1 (8-oz) pkg fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F; lightly grease a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together marinara sauce, 1 cup water, and Italian seasoning in baking dish.
- Add uncooked spaghetti, stirring to coat with sauce. Arrange meatballs over spaghetti.
- Cover and bake 50 to 60 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time, until pasta is tender. Uncover, stir again, and top with cheese.
- Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown. Top with basil.

- 1 (6-count) pkg frozen garlic breadsticks
- 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake breadsticks according to package directions.
- Serve carrots on each plate.
