Fried Egg and Bacon Breakfast Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices center cut bacon
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix just until blended. Shape beef mixture into 4 patties.
  2. Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  3. Meanwhile, cook bacon in another large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, and crack eggs into bacon drippings in skillet. Cook to desired doneness.
  5. Top each patty with a fried egg and crumbled bacon.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 1 cup halved strawberries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together berries.
