Honey Mustard Ham Skewers
Toasted WalnutsIngredients
- ¾ lb sliced low-sodium ham
- 6 leaves romaine lettuce, halved
- 6 (0.75-oz) sticks colby-Jack cheese
- 12 grape tomatoes
- ¼ cup lite honey mustard dressing
Instructions
- Roll each ham slice into a long cylinder; cut crosswise into 4 pieces.
- Roll each lettuce leaf into a long cylinder; cut crosswise into 2 pieces.
- Cut each cheese stick crosswise into 4 pieces.
- Thread 4 ham pieces, 2 cheese pieces, 1 tomato, and 2 lettuce pieces alternatively onto 12 small wooden skewers.
- Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
