Honey Mustard Ham Skewers

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb sliced low-sodium ham
  • 6 leaves romaine lettuce, halved
  • 6 (0.75-oz) sticks colby-Jack cheese
  • 12 grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup lite honey mustard dressing

Instructions

  1. Roll each ham slice into a long cylinder; cut crosswise into 4 pieces.
  2. Roll each lettuce leaf into a long cylinder; cut crosswise into 2 pieces.
  3. Cut each cheese stick crosswise into 4 pieces.
  4. Thread 4 ham pieces, 2 cheese pieces, 1 tomato, and 2 lettuce pieces alternatively onto 12 small wooden skewers.
  5. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
