Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg lean turkey breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cook sausage 5 to 6 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Divide sausage and cheese among prepared muffin cups.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture into muffin cups.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until set in center.

  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds (arils)
