Greek Pork Chops

Lemon-Dill Rice Salad and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 6 (4-oz) boneless pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (16-oz) container tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork with seasoning. Cook pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done. Serve with tzatziki sauce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag brown rice
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Toss together rice, tomatoes, cheese, dill, lemon juice, and oil in a serving bowl.
  3. Microwave green beans according to package directions. Serve rice and green beans alongside pork.
