Greek Pork Chops
Lemon-Dill Rice Salad and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 6 (4-oz) boneless pork chops
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (16-oz) container tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with seasoning. Cook pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until done. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag brown rice
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Toss together rice, tomatoes, cheese, dill, lemon juice, and oil in a serving bowl.
- Microwave green beans according to package directions. Serve rice and green beans alongside pork.
