Pizza Flatbread Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 6 naan, halved
  • 1½ cups marinara sauce
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg turkey pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded Italian-blend cheese
  • 6 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 6 naan halves on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with marinara sauce, pepperoni, cheese, basil, seasoning, and 6 naan halves. Brush tops of sandwiches with oil.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.

  • 4 cups seedless red grapes
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg strawberries, sliced

  1.  Combine fruit in a bowl.
