Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 to 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (see Note)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, and desired amount of Sriracha. Drizzle over shrimp; sprinkle with onions.

  • 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag jasmine rice
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in oil, salt, and onion.
